By inviting and using Hugo in your Discord server, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove Hugo from your server.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your country).

3. Usage Rules

• You may not use Hugo for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes.
• You may not attempt to exploit, disrupt, or reverse engineer Hugo.
• Hugo may be removed from your server at any time for violations.

4. Availability

Hugo is provided “as is” without guarantees of uptime, reliability, or support. Features may change or be discontinued at any time.

5. Liability

Hugo's owner is not responsible for damages, losses, or issues arising from use of Hugo.
